Swing for Sight 2026

Saturday, June 9, 2026 | Lionhead Golf Club, Brampton, Ontario

Join us for an 18-hole scramble featuring lunch, dinner & awards, silent auction, raffles, and networking with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and healthcare leaders.

Sponsorship Tiers

  • Platinum: $5,000+
  • Gold: $2,500–$4,999
  • Silver: $1,000–$2,499
  • Bronze: $500–$999

Registration & Pricing

Golfer Registration: $200 per person or $700 per foursome (includes golf, motorized cart, lunch, and dinner)

Dinner Only: $75 per person
